Rise Health Group – Foam Roller Session on Saturday the 19th January

This Saturday at approximately 11.00am Rise Health Group will run a session on correct foam rolling techniques for any registered Knox Little Athlete.

The benefits of foam rolling are huge & improves overall  mobility & flexibility, injury prevention & rehabilitation.

If you are interested to attend or have any further questions, please email secretary@klac23.org.au to secure your spot. Depending on numbers the session will either be held underneath the grandstand or at the pavilion near the canteen.

We ask that all athletes who attend bring their own foam roller.

EMR Track & Field Carnival on the 16th & 17th February 2019.

This year’s EMR Track & Field Carnival (formerly called Regional’s) is taking place at Knox Little Athletics Track on the 16th & 17th February.

Open to all athletes from U9 to U16…..all athletes wishing to compete must register online.

Entries close on the 28th January 2019 at 11.59pm.
