This week is handicap day at Lewis Park.
Note: All athletes need to report to the recording tent well before their race to get their handicap time.
Race order is .
U11-12 2000m> U9-10 1500m > U6 500m > U13-16 3000m > U7-8 1000m.
Championship Day is only 3 races away & there are a number of athletes that will miss out because their parent has not done the required 1 duty.
Knox has 1 official duty to cover this Saturday at EMR XC.

Come dressed in your football colours. There will be a special fundraiser for Beyond Blue & we ask all athletes give a gold coin donation on the start line.

U9 &10 1500m, U13-16 3000m, U6 500m, U7 & 8 1000m, U11 &12 2000m
Remember 1 duty is required to qualify for Championship Day, so get in early. There are still spots available for this Saturday.
EMR are running a kids fun run before Cross Country Regions (EMR) on Saturday 22nd June.
U6’s run 500m, U7’s & U8’s run 1,000m. All finishers will receive a participation medal.

Due to LA Vic Relays at Cruden Farm this Saturday we will be short of our regular volunteers…….Remember 1 duty is required to qualify for Championship Day, so this would be a good week to make yourself available & help your club.
