Just a reminder that Little Athletics is on this Sunday afternoon this weekend instead of Saturday. Start time is 3.00pm & we are running Program A. Enjoy your sleep in!

Important item to note: U14B, U15B and U16B events are all combined and running at the same time due to lack of numbers. U14B, U15B and U16B Coaches – this will affect you if you were relying on an athlete to run up for an event. This will not happen at Regional relays though.
Marshalling is 15mins before the advertised time. The first team to be marshalled will be at 8.30am.
Times are different to any timetable that has been shared in the past week, so you may need to alter what time you have told your athletes to turn up.

Box Hill Relays are on this Sunday, below is everything you need to know.
What: Fun relay day for registered athletes from U8 to U16.
When: Sunday November 10. First event 8.45am. Last event 5.45pm. Check with your coach as to when you are running.
Where: Box Hill Athletics Track, Hagenauer Reserve, Barwon St, Box Hill Nth
Uniform: Knox top must be worn with Subway name patch. Uniform shop open this Saturday from 9am under the grandstand. Any old second hand uniforms can be given to Team Manager to use as spares.
Athletes can compete in crazy colours, including ribbons, paint and other accessories to celebrate Knox – Yellow and Black (Tigers on the prowl!)
All remaining permission forms and money to be handed to your coach this Saturday.
Duty: no duty required for relays this Sunday – enjoy yourselves!

For over 40 years EMR (Eastern Metropolitan Region) has conducted weekend Coaching Camps for young athletes at the Alexandra Adventure Resort, Crystal Creek in Alexandra.
The age groups offered is for the under 11 – 16 athletes & all Knox athletes are welcome.
