Long/Triple Jump Training with Steve Morris
U9-U11 – 4.30pm – 5.15pm (no spikes)
U 12 – U17 – 5.15pm – 6.00pm
Reminder that due to demand High Jump Training on Mondays has also changed.
High Jump Training with Brad K
General HJ training is now 4.00pm to 4.45pm on Mondays. Ideally athletes are warmed up and ready to go from 4pm.
Advanced jumpers (including Knox Seniors) from 4.30pm (for warm up) – 5.30pm.
Parents MUST speak to Brad first prior to attending this session.
High Jump Training with Alan L
Alan offers High Jump training for athletes on Wednesday from 5pm – 6pm.
Please Note – Knox LAC does reserve the right to limit training group sizes for ability and safety. If you are unsure please contact the coach about joining a session before attending.
