QR Sign in Code – Contact Tracing and Venue Entry

In accordance with the Victorian Government requirements Knox LAC has updated its electronic sign procedures for all training and competition this season using a Victorian Government issued QR code.

By scanning the QR with you mobile phone’s camera it will ask you to open a link to a Covid tracing form for you to fill in.

One person from each family must sign in upon arrival at the venue for training session and competition days.

You can download the entry procedure below. The procedure contains the QR code to sign in with when at Knox Athletics Track for training an competition.

You can also download the sign in QR code below. You can print it out and use it to sign in when you arrive at the track. This will help with the quicker entry to the Knox track.

There will be QR codes located at the entry point as well on training and competition days.

Of course if you don’t want to use a QR code you can manually sign in. However this may delay your entry.

Please note: The QR for cross country events is different for each venue. Each venue has its own QR code which will be displayed on the day of competition. Please ensure that if you are attending cross country competition you sign in when you arrive.
