Knox Cross Country Championships
When: Sat 29 July 2017
Where: Jells Park North (Waverley Road entry)
When: First race starts at 9am
Program: The day is run like any normal day of competition.
Who: Open to ALL registered athletes – from Knox and other centres.
EVENT REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED.
Just turn up with your number bib, ready to run!
Medals: Qualified Knox athletes (participated at 60% or more CC comp days, and has done family duty during the CC season) vying for medals and bragging rights within their age group. The medals are handed out at our end of season Presentation Night.
We'll also have a 1500m Parents' Run.
Participants need to nominate their estimated time -- no watches allowed!
