The first<\/em> and one of the most thrilling events of the Track & Field season is here – RELAYS!<\/strong> \ud83d\ude4c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For our U9\u2013U17 athletes, relays are all about teamwork, spirit, and the electrifying feeling of crossing that line together<\/em>. Whether you\u2019re a speedster, a smooth baton changer, or just love being part of a team, this is your moment to shine! \ud83c\udf1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knox has a proud and successful relay history<\/strong>, and we\u2019re gearing up to make the 2025\u201326 season our biggest yet. Bring your enthusiasm, commitment and lets do this together \ud83d\udcaa<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2728 Training & Team Spirit<\/strong>
Our amazing age group coaches will run dedicated relay training sessions at the Knox track to help athletes learn baton changes, teamwork, and race strategy. These sessions are super valuable for developing skills and building squad chemistry \u2014 and they\u2019re a whole lot of fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccd Box Hill Relay Open Day<\/em> \u2013 Sunday 9th November (optional)
\ud83d\udccd Mentone Relay Open Day<\/em> \u2013 Sunday 16th November (optional)
\ud83d\udccd Region Relay Carnival (Doncaster)<\/em> \u2013 Saturday 22nd November
\ud83d\udccd State Relay Championships (Lakeside Stadium)<\/em> \u2013 Saturday & Sunday 13\u201314th December<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcb0 Cost:<\/strong> $15 per athlete (covers both official relay competitions). Open days are optional extras and may include separate entry fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc65 Team Selection & Commitment<\/strong>
Relays are all about teamwork – your squad is counting on you! Coaches will select teams with every effort made to give as many athletes as possible the chance to compete and progress from Region to State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
