(and we are a wee bit EXCITED!) <br><br>Tomorrow marks the official start of the little athletics calendar, and we couldn\u2019t be more excited to welcome everyone to <strong>Program A<\/strong>, bringing the electric <strong>70m sprints \u26a1<\/strong>, fast and furious <strong>200m races \ud83d\ude80<\/strong>, and the always spectacular <strong>800m \ud83c\udfc5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re still buzzing from the action of the Tokyo World Championships<strong> \ud83c\udf0f\ud83d\udd25<\/strong>, then get ready \u2014 because this season at Knox is shaping up to be one of the most exciting yet. With EMR Regional Championships and the State Championships<strong> \ud83c\udfdf\ufe0f<\/strong> both being held right here at Knox, it\u2019s going to be a year full of energy, opportunity, and unforgettable moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf8a A Special Start: Our Opening Ceremony \ud83c\udf8a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the first meet back for the year, we\u2019ll be holding our Opening Ceremony<strong> \ud83c\udfa4\ud83c\udf88<\/strong> to officially launch the season. It\u2019s a chance to welcome back our athletes and families to celebrate the community spirit that makes Knox such a special place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccc A Few Things to Remember for Tomorrow<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udd57 <strong>Duty Tent<\/strong>: Open and active from <strong>8am<\/strong> at the back gates. A huge thank you in advance to all our families stepping in early to help \u2013 you\u2019re the heartbeat of the club \ud83d\udc99.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcdd <strong>Registration Tent<\/strong>: If you\u2019re a trialing athlete or new to the centre, head here first to check in. And we can help you to settle in for the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udfbd <strong>Bib Collection<\/strong>: All this year\u2019s bibs will be with your <strong>club team managers<\/strong>. Make your way to your club\u2019s table or canopy to collect your child\u2019s bib before the events kick off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u23f0 <strong>Events Start<\/strong>: The action begins from <strong>8:30am sharp<\/strong>, so please arrive early and be ready to go!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcaa Let\u2019s Start Strong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Knox Little Athletics isn\u2019t just about running, jumping and throwing, it\u2019s about building friendships \ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc67\u200d\ud83d\udc66, growing together \ud83c\udf31, and being part of a community that celebrates every achievement, big or small \ud83e\udd73.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomorrow we set the tone for what\u2019s sure to be a season full of fun, teamwork and plenty of PBs \ud83c\udfaf.
