Wear your club singlets and help us welcome new families into our amazing Knox community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udfe1 <strong>New Chief Officials<\/strong> \u2013 this is also your chance to get hands-on experience. If you missed Chief Official Day last week, come along and get involved \u2013 plenty of support will be there on the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccb <strong>Modified A Program for the Day:<\/strong><br>Here\u2019s a sneak peek of what\u2019s happening:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>U6 &amp; U7:<\/strong> 70m, Long Jump, Vortex<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U8 &amp; U9:<\/strong> 70m, Long Jump, Discus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U9 &amp; U10:<\/strong> 70m, 800m, Shot Put<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U11 &amp; U12:<\/strong> 100m, 800m, Long Jump, Discus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U13 &amp; U14:<\/strong> 100m, 800m, Long Jump<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>U15\u2013U17:<\/strong> 100m, 800m, Long Jump<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(<em>The 800m may be run as a single combined event depending on numbers.<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2601\ufe0f And if the weather looks a little ominous \u2013 don\u2019t worry, we\u2019ll still go ahead. We <em>won\u2019t<\/em> make the kids do the steeplechase, but we\u2019ll get creative to make sure everyone has fun, meet some of our wonderful coaches, and connect with other kids at the centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 It\u2019s all about getting active, making friends, and having fun as a family. Whether your child loves to run, jump, or throw \u2013 there\u2019s something for everyone.
