With only a few weeks of Track and Field comp to go, it’s a good time to start organising chiefs, mentors and starters for next season.<\/p>\n

New chiefs are provided training and, where possible, a mentor. If you are a chief and will be finishing at the end of this season, please consider becoming a mentor for new chiefs.<\/p>\n

We are also looking for people to train as starters for next season. With a number of our current starters finishing up, we need at least 4 volunteers so the starters are not on duty every week. Starters attend a one-day course that is paid for by the centre. Courses run in September, October and November. See the LAVic website<\/a> for more info on the course.<\/p>\n
