See <a href=\"http:\/\/klac23.org.au\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Jells-North_Map.pdf\">course map<\/a>.<br \/>\nFirst race starts at 9am sharp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parent Duty<\/strong>: register here for this week <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volunteersignup.org\/PEKFW\">https:\/\/www.volunteersignup.org\/PEKFW<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Each family has\u00a0been required to do 2 x duties throughout the season.<br \/>\nSign-up above if you still need to reach your quota.<\/p>\n<p>ProgC Race Order: <strong>U9&amp;10<\/strong> 1500m &gt; <strong>U13-16<\/strong> 3000m &gt; <strong>U6<\/strong> 500m &gt; &gt; <strong>Parent&#8217;s<\/strong> 1500m &gt; <strong>U7&amp;8<\/strong> 1000m &gt; <strong>U11&amp;12<\/strong> 2000m<\/p>\n<p>Knox LAC athletes that have met the qualification requirements are eligible for medals on the day.<\/p>\n<p>Athletes from other Centres and those that have not met these requirements are still welcome to compete on the day, but are not eligible for medals.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>What did I need to do to qualify?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a registered Knox LAC athlete, AND<\/li>\n<li>Compete at least 60% of normal Knox LAC XC meets, AND<\/li>\n<li>Your family must have assisted at least twice\u00a0with duty during the XC season.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Have I qualified?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Those families that have not yet met the &#8216;parent duty&#8217; criteria would have received an email in the past few weeks stating that you were still required to volunteer.<\/p>\n<p>If you do still need to volunteer to reach the minimum &#8216;parent duty&#8217; criteria then please click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volunteersignup.org\/PEKFW\">here<\/a> now.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Qualified<\/span>: Yes! You are eligible for medals on the day.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">No Duty<\/span>: No. You have done at least 60% of meets but your family has not assisted with duty during the season. You are still welcome to compete, but are not eligible for medals on the day.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Not Qualified<\/span>: No. You have not met the qualification requirements.
