\nKnox tents are usually setup along the back straight.<\/p>\n
\nSunday 26 October. Athletes are asked to arrive by 8am, and the first events start at 8:30am. Last events may finish around 5:30pm.<\/strong>
\nTeam Managers \/ Coaches will be in contact with athletes with a list of events and times that they are competing in. These may be given out at the Twilight meet on Saturday 24 Oct.<\/p>\n
\nAll athletes must wear\u00a0the gold and black Knox Centre uniform – make sure you remove any IGA patches.
\nIt can be a long day, so bring plenty of healthy food and drinks.
\nDon’t forget to bring sunscreen!<\/p>\n
\nThere will be no duty roster for this event. If any assistance is required,\u00a0helpers may be identified on the day.<\/p>\n
