We want every athlete to have the opportunity to improve, achieve personal bests, make friends and enjoy being part of athletics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you are trying Little Athletics for the first time or aspiring to compete at State level, <strong>there is a place for you at Knox<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfc3 Run \u2022 Jump \u2022 Throw \u2022 Have Fun!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Knox welcomes athletes from <strong>U6 through to U17<\/strong>, with a huge range of events available throughout the season, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sprints and distance running<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hurdles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long Jump<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triple Jump<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High Jump<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shot Put<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Javelin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Race Walking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relays and more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No previous athletics experience is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2b50 FREE Coaching for Registered Knox Athletes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the great benefits of joining Knox is our comprehensive coaching program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knox provides coaching across the full range of athletics events, free to all registered Knox athletes during the season.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our experienced coaches can help athletes learn correct technique, build confidence and continue developing their skills throughout the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc5f Want to Try Little Athletics First?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Not sure if athletics is the right sport for your child?
