For other athletes, the Centre offers sessions with Alan on Wednesday 5-6pm and Sunday 10:30-11:30am.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Long Jump and Triple Jump<\/strong>: New session starting Monday 29Sep at 5pm with Steve Morris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Other news<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shot Put U14 Boys<\/strong>: LAVic have changed the shot put weight from 4kg to a 3kg shot put for U14 Boys only. This will be effective immediately. For more information, please contact your club\u2019s team manager.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New Centre Secretary<\/strong>: Welcome Angela Lea to the centre exec, as the new Centre Secretary. Linda will continue with several other Aths activities including Photo Finish Timing.
