Huge congratulations to all our Knox athletes who competed at the recent Region Cross Country Championships.<\/p>\n\n\n

There were some outstanding performances and impressive results across the day. Every athlete should be proud of the determination, effort and sportsmanship they displayed while representing our Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you to all the parents and families who volunteered, supported the event, helped with setup\/packup and helped Knox fulfil its duties. Events like this simply cannot operate without your contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
