Athletes who competed in the summer Track & Field season are already registered \u2014 no further action needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LAVic trial athlete portal is also open<\/strong> for cross country! Prospective athletes can enjoy 2 weeks of competition<\/strong> before committing \u2014 simply select Knox<\/strong> as your preferred centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2640\ufe0f Coaching & Training<\/strong>
Cross country training sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays at the Knox track from 4:30pm<\/strong>.
Coaching is free<\/strong> and included in your registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcc5 Season Start<\/strong>
The 2026 Cross Country season kicks off on Saturday 2 May<\/strong>, with our first competition at Knox Park<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you\u2019re returning from Track & Field or giving cross country a go for the first time, we\u2019d love to see you there \u2014 everyone is welcome!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As with summer, parent duty is required. Knox uses an online volunteer system so families can choose a role that suits them. More details coming soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
