In the lead-up to Christmas, the Knox LAC coaches would like to take this opportunity to thank every athlete who has taken part in our coaching sessions throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the summer holidays fast approaching, many of us are preparing for a well-earned break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dates below have been provided by the coaches; however, athletes and families are encouraged to contact individual event coaches to confirm their final sessions for 2025 and the resumption of coaching in January 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
