\ud83d\udd04 AGE UP EVENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve had a few questions about events not showing on the program. As noted in our entry info, not all events are available for every age group. Some athletes are entered in an \u201cAGE UP\u201d event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf26 WEATHER WATCH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re monitoring the forecast closely \u2014 showers and possible storms are predicted for both the morning and afternoon.
Please ensure your athletes come prepared with:
\u2022 Warm and weather-appropriate clothing
\u2022 Wet-weather gear
\u2022 A change of clothes if needed

Good news! Our engraver will be on site from 2:00 pm.

DUTY ROSTER<\/strong>
For those on duty, please arrive on time and help set up the events you have been assigned to.
Just a reminder for Knox Families – Duty is COMPULSORY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Venue Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event locations are as per our standard setup – except that Long Jump 3 and Shot Put 3 are located at our Mini Olympics Area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competition Area<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The area inside the track fence is for athletes and officials only. Parents and family members are not permitted to enter this area for any reason, including photography. You will be asked to leave the area if you enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Smoking \/ Vaping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knox LAC is a strictly NO SMOKING \/ NO VAPING venue. Anyone smoking or vaping within the venue will be asked to leave. Smoking is permitted only outside the venue and must be at least 10 metres away from entry points.`<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Dogs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Little Athletics Victoria policy states that dogs are not permitted at any Little Athletics event. Knox is a strictly no-dogs venue, with signage displayed at all entry points. Please do not bring your dog, as you will not be permitted to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Service and special-needs dogs are permitted, but they must wear identification. Please inform us if you intend to bring any service dogs  – this will ensure that our officials are aware before your arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canteen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hot and cold food, drinks, and confectionery will be available all day. A full BBQ will operate throughout the Day and into the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Events<\/strong>
If you cannot remember the events you registered for, ResultsHQ will list the events. If you look up the calendar in Results HQ and go to Knox Open Day, you will see a list of the entered events.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awards<\/strong>
Medals: First, second, and third place
U15, U16, and U17 athletes will compete as one age group, except for sprint hurdles and boys shot put\/discus.
Ribbons: 4th\u20138th place for U6\u2013U8 athletes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uniform & Registration Patch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Athletes must wear their Centre or Club uniform along with their Registration Patch.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
