On-Track is a games based program that includes activities for younger children to have fun while learning new athletic skills. It includes basic skills required for the events that they will be involved in.<\/p>\n
Knox Little Athletics Centre currently run a Mini-Olympics program for the U6 and U7\u2019s and we are planning on introducing the On-Track program to be consistent with other centres and Little Athletics Victoria.<\/p>\n
We have arranged a coach from Little Athletics Victoria to come and conduct an On-Track workshop for parents and helpers who would like to help with the U6s and U7s this coming season.<\/p>\n
All parents and ex-athletes are encouraged to attend the 2 hour workshop.<\/p>\n
