This is one session you won\u2019t want to miss!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why become a Chief Official?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2705 <strong>Confidence<\/strong> \u2013 you\u2019ll be guided through each event so you feel comfortable and capable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 <strong>Knowledge<\/strong> \u2013 learn how everything runs and how to support the kids effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 <strong>Flexibility<\/strong> \u2013 Chiefs enjoy a more structured calendar over the summer, making it easier to plan your weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll also get hands-on experience with the many different roles that bring a little athletics meet to life. Everything from calling athletes to the start line, recording results, and ensuring events run smoothly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you\u2019re brand new to officiating or simply want to refresh your skills, this training will show you just how much teamwork, energy, and satisfaction comes from being part of the action. You\u2019ll leave feeling confident in a variety of roles and knowing that you\u2019re a vital part of making our meets a success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: <strong>You will be required to hold (or willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to seeing you this Saturday at 10:30 AM\u2014come ready to learn, ask questions, and step into the role with confidence!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 If you\u2019re not able to make this Saturday, please reach out to your club managers to work through alternative dates.<br><br><strong>Thank you<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A huge thank you to all of our volunteers who give their time and energy to make athletics possible.
