In the lead up to Christmas, the Knox LAC coaches would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every athlete who\u2019s taken part in any of our coaching sessions throughout this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the summer holidays fast approaching everyone is getting ready to take a well-earned break for a few weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dates below have been provided by the coaches; however, athletes\/families should contact the individual event coaches to confirm their last sessions in 2024 and a resumption of coaching in Jan 2025. Due to extreme weather tomorrow, some coaches who would have their final sessions of 2024 have confirmed they will not go ahead with training and their last training dates are shown as last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
