An email has been sent to all athletes that are competing at the State Relay Championships this Saturday the 14th December 2024 at Meadowglen International Athletics Stadium – 156-176 McDonalds Road, Epping, 3076. (Please note that there will not be a regular weekly competition being run at Ringwood this weekend – next competition at Ringwood will be Saturday the 21st of December)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will be a huge day for our Little Athletes and their families. Some important information to remember:
– 8:30am \u2013 first race with the last race scheduled to be run at 7.35pm
– Arrive at least 1 hour before your first race to Check in with the Team Manager, find your Coach\/Relay Team & warm up with your team
– full Knox Centre uniform to be worn, this includes plain black shorts with no logos, coles patch sewn on to your singlet\/crop\/t-shirt and your commonwealth bank name patch pinned on the front of your top
– All athletes are required to go to the Call Room 20 minutes before their race is scheduled to start. Coaches will take all athletes to the Call Room
– please remember to pack supplies for the day including plenty to drink, eat and snacks for hungry athletes!
– Please be sun-smart and remember hats and sunscreen
– Relay days are about trying your best, cheering on your fellow teammates and above all else HAVE FUN!
– if you didn’t complete duty at the regional relay carnival please sign yourself up for duty<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE – we are trialling an online parent duty sign-up system, it is a first in first served deal. If you did not duty at EMR relays please sign-up and choose your preferred duty. If all spots are not filled by Tuesday night we will allocate families to duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
