Please be advised that Knox Little Athletics Centre will be holding its Annual General Meeting on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date:<\/strong> Wednesday 1st May 2024
When:<\/strong> Starting at 7.30pm sharp
Where:<\/strong> TBC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members will have the opportunity to find out about Knox LAC and its finances, speak about any items on the agenda and vote on any resolutions proposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the meeting, members will also be asked to vote to:
\u2022 accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
\u2022 accept the annual report
\u2022 accept the annual financial statements
\u2022 election of office bearers for the upcoming 2024-25 season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can attend the AGM?<\/strong>
Knox LAC welcomes the participation of all members, athletes and life members of the centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can vote at the AGM?<\/strong>
While Knox LAC welcomes the attendance athletes and their families you must be member or life member of Knox LAC in order to cast a vote on any matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AGM Agenda, papers and reports<\/strong>
AGM Agenda, reports and financials will be finalised shortly and will available for download prior to the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copies will be available on the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If anyone wishes to have any matters raised under general business, please put in writing & send to\u00a0secretary@klac23.org.au\u00a0<\/a>before Wednesday 24th April 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nomination of Office Bearers (Executive Committee)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the AGM all executive committee positions will be declared vacant. We invite all members to consider nominating and stand for election for any of the following positions on the Executive Committee:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

President
Vice President x 2
Secretary
Treasurer
Registrar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any member wishing to stand for election to an Executive Committee position must do so using the nomination form below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that NOMINATIONS CLOSE Wednesday 24th April 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will also be looking for additional members to support the executive committee in the following roles of Competition Manager and Results Manager. If you are interested in helping the committee and the Centre or looking for information on these roles please reach out to a current committee member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current Knox LAC Executive Committee look forward to your attendance and participation at our AGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
