The State Cross Country Relay Championship entries are now open. Knox LAC has a long history of having teams run at relays and its a great team event for our athletes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n When: 24 June 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n Location: Cruden Farm, Langwarrin (Google Maps<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Age Groups: U9 \u2013 U17 Athletes – 3 Athletes per Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Registrations: Must be returned to the Team Manager by Wednesday 14 June 6.00pm (Karyn will be at the track to collect any forms and fees)<\/p>\n\n\n\n PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO LATE ENTRIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cost – $10 per athlete – Please note Knox LAC is subsiding the entry fee per team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The State Cross-Country Relay Championships is a Teams event, where 3 athletes complete a Relay over a Cross-Country course. The distances are less than the individual Cross-Country distances to allow greater flexibility and formation of Teams. Athletes do not carry a baton, they start and finish within a transition zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please Note:\u00a0Dogs are NOT permitted within the venue.
