New and trialing athletes<\/strong>
If you are a new or trialing athlete please sign at the registrar table. You will receive your temporary name patch to wear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Athletes<\/strong>
NAME PATCHES MUST BE WORN<\/strong>. Athletes without name patches on will not be permitted to run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More Parent Helpers Needed<\/strong>
We need more parents to sign up for duty this weekend. Knox LAC uses an online parent duty register through Volunteer Signup.

If we don’t have enough people signed up for duty we will asking for helpers on the day.
If you have signed up for duty please sign in for duty at the Registrar table by 8.45am<\/p>\n\n\n\n
