Cross Country Season begins this Saturday 23 April 2022 at Knox Athletics Track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9:00 am – 11:00 am
Program A<\/strong>  – First race starts at 9am sharp.
Race Order:
U7&8 <\/strong>1000m > U11&12<\/strong> 2000m > U6<\/strong> 500m > U9&10 <\/strong>1500m >  > U13-16<\/strong> 3000m ><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We Need More Duty Helpers<\/strong>
We currently only have 3 families on registered for duty this Saturday. Duty is compulsory for all families throughout the season. You must have completed a duty slot for your child to be eligible for Knox Open Day, EMR and State Champs.

New Athletes<\/strong>
If you are new athletics and want to to trail you will will need to register as a trial athlete via the LAVic website here https:\/\/lavic.com.au\/membership\/ <\/a>and choose Knox as your centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you register for summer track and field<\/strong>
If you are a registered athlete from the summer track and field then you are already registered for the cross country season. Just turn up in your uniform and compete.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
