In the lead up to Christmas, the Knox LAC coaching team would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every athlete who\u2019s taken part in any of our coaching sessions throughout this year. While this year has again challenged us it is encouraging to see so many athletes at training. Now with the summer holidays fast approaching everyone is getting ready to take a well earned break for a few weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dates below have been provided by the coaches, however athletes\/families should contact the individual event coaches to confirm their last sessions in 2021 and the resumption of coaching in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
