Please be advised that Knox Little Athletics Centre will be holding its Annual General Meeting on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date:<\/strong> Monday 3rd May 2021
When: <\/strong>Starting at 7.30pm sharp
Where:<\/strong> Knox Athletic Track Pavillon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members will have the opportunity to find out about Knox LAC and its finances, speak about any items on the agenda and vote on any resolutions proposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the meeting, members will also be asked to vote to:
\u2022 accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
\u2022 accept the annual report
\u2022 accept the annual financial statements
\u2022 election of office bearers for the upcoming 2021-22 season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can attend the AGM?<\/strong>
Knox LAC welcomes the participation of all members, athletes and life members of the centre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can vote at the AGM?<\/strong>
While Knox LAC welcomes the attendance athletes and their families you must be member or life member of Knox LAC in order to cast a vote on any matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AGM Agenda, papers and reports <\/strong>
AGM Agenda, reports and financials will be posted before the AGM. Copies will be available on the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If anyone wishes to have any matters raised under general business, please put in writing & send to secretary@klac23.org.au<\/a> before Sunday 25th<\/sup> April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nomination of Office Bearers (Executive Committee)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the AGM all executive committee positions will be declared vacant. We invite all members to consider nominating and stand for election for any of the following positions on the Executive Committee:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
