This is a great way to get event specific assistance from the coaches to assist you to be your best the weekend after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This special coaching session is open to all athletes from U9 and up, regardless of whether you are entered for Combined events and will replace the Sunday morning throws &amp; sprints coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location  <\/strong>  Knox Track<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Date <\/strong>   Sun 24th Jan 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time<\/strong><br> Setup from 8:30am<br> Athletes arrive at 8:45am for briefing<br> Events 9am-midday<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schedule (5-7 events depending on age)<\/strong><br> Long Jump<br> Discus (boys) &amp; Shot (girls)<br> Sprints : 100m (boys &amp; U9-13 girls) &amp; 200m (U14-16 girls)<br> Hurdles on back straight<br> Javelin (U15) &amp; High Jump (U15)<br> 800m U9-13 race followed by U14-16 race<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multi-Class Schedule (4 events)<\/strong><br> Long Jump<br> Shot <br> 100m<br> 400m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be using the rules &amp; point scoring tables used for State Combined events :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 jumps &amp; throws only<\/li><li>limit of 8 high jumps<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will need assistance from parents to setup\/packup hurdles and record keeping\/measuring, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be coaching at each event from the Knox coaches to assist athletes.
