EMR Sat 21 & Sun 22 Feb – Knox Duty Positions

The duty roster and positions for Knox LAC members are attached below.

Duty slips will also be handed out on Wednesday night at the track.

The duty roster was determined by allocating as many parents as possible to the same event their child is participating in. For some duties, this is not always possible. On the duty list, green highlights show which event your child be competing in during your duty. EMR organisers determined the number of duty positions for each centre based on the number of athletes participating from each centre. EMR have also specified some positions are a minimum of half a day duty.

We have reduced the time for each parent to be on duty where possible. By exception, if you know you will not be at the track during your allocated duty time, please notify Steve Lillie on 0409 231 380 as a courtesy. Any queries regarding the duty roster should be directed to Steve Lillie on e-mail president before the weekend.

Please check in with the Knox Team Manager Mirella Louey 15 minutes before your allocated duty is due to commence. If you would like to scratch your child from any event, please notify the Knox Team Manager.

Athletes will be instructed to marshal for 8.30am events at 8.10am. Therefore, parents on duty in marshalling areas starting at 8.30am should sign in and be available by 8am to ensure events start on time.

Regards
