Pre-season training and PIZZA!

We will have pizza after training next week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
All athletes are encouraged to start training and come down to the track to have free pizza!!

Monday 15 September
5:00-6:00 : The basics all events U7-11, Nevenka.
5:00-6:30 : Middle Distance, Mike K.
5:00-6:30 : Shot Put & Discus, Frank.
6:15-7:30 : Walks, Fran.

Wednesday 17 September
4:00-5:00 : Long & Triple Jump U12-U15, Rob & Alicia.
5:00-6.00 : High Jump, Alan.
5:00-6:30 : Sprints, Mike D.
5:00-6:30 : Middle Distance, Mike K.
5:00-6:30 : Shot Put & Discus, Frank.

Thursday 18 September
6:15-7:30 : Walks, Fran.
