Are you competing at the Knox LAC Championship this weekend?
The timetable and the duty roster have been released.
Championship Day Program
Track and field events begin at 9.00am sharp. Athletes for the first events will need to be marshalling at 8:45am. This will help keep us on time and ready to start at 9am.

At approximately 11.40am there will be mixed aged relays (total age cannot exceed 45 years).
At approximately 12.00pm we will celebrate & say goodbye & to our U16’s with a final lap of the track. All U16 athletes from this season and last season are welcome to attend.
Duty Roster
The duty roster for Knox Championship Day has been completed as well. If you are rostered on in the morning please sign in by 8.45am at the latest. You must check-in at duty table before going to your duty.
If you are rostered on in the afternoon please sign in by 12.45pm at the latest. You must also check-in at duty table before going to your duty.

Please note: There will be little or no chance to change to the roster. If you cannot do your assigned duty it is your responsibility to find another family to do it for you. If you do change then you will need to advise the duty sign in on the day.
Knox LAC does apply the rule that if you do not undertake or complete your duty as required your child will be scratched from all events and take no further part in the day.
